Check that you chose the right bank and completed its sign-in process. Try connecting the bank again. Contact us if the problem continues.

Check that you added the connection and enabled it in your conversation. Look for the name you chose during setup.

My transactions aren’t up to date

Bank information updates periodically. Log in and check the bank connection. Sign in to your bank again if access needs renewing.
