Before you start
- You have created an Monaio account.
- You have connected at least one bank account to Monaio.
- You have access to the AI assistant you want to use.
Use the name Monaio when you create the connection. Sign in with your Monaio account.
You need access to custom connectors in Grok. On Business and Enterprise, an administrator may need to add the connector for the team. Subaio ↗
Open connectors
Sign in to Grok and open grok.com/connectors.
Add a connector
Select New Connector and then Custom.
Enter the connection details
Use Monaio as the name and paste the address below as the server URL.

Continue to the sign-in window, sign in to Monaio, review the access and choose the profile with your own bank data.
Test the connection
Open a conversation in Grok, enable Monaio and try the question below.

Once you receive an answer based on your own transactions, your connection is ready. You could ask:
- How much have I spent on groceries this month?
- Which subscriptions am I paying for?
